For the past few years, Darcy worked in Massachusetts as a clinician specializing in eating disorders. She provided individual therapy, care coordination, and facilitated art therapy groups, including Body Neutrality, Parent/Caregiver, and Let’s Talk About It (for male-identifying clients).

Darcy chose to relocate to the Northwest, where she had lived over a decade ago. After her youngest child left for college, she decided to return to the region. She was drawn to JHC because the position offered a full-circle experience, having started her career as an art therapist working for the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. Darcy is committed to being a part of the North Olympic community and values JHC’s dedication to excellence and the well-being of both clients and their caregivers.

Darcy specializes in art therapy, eating disorders/disordered eating, pre- and post-natal issues including parent/baby bonding, and relationship issues. She also treats anxiety, depression, ADHD, TBI, and trauma. Darcy employs a client-centered, trauma-informed, eclectic approach, incorporating CBT, narrative, systems, and developmental theories and methods of psychotherapy.

When she’s not at work, Darcy enjoys spending time outside with her dog, friends, and family hiking, running, dancing, cycling and gardening.
