This is a Per Diem position that offers the opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment while providing flexible coverage based on clinic needs.

We are seeking a Per Diem Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) with a strong clinical foundation to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-directed provider to deliver comprehensive, full-spectrum primary care in an outpatient setting.

You will manage a diverse patient panel, supported by a resourceful medical group that includes an in-house orthopedist, chronic pain specialist, clinical pharmacist, behavioral health team, and tele-psychiatry practitioners.

• Provide patient-centered medical care within scope of license, training, and credentialing.
• Assess patient health through interviews, physical exams, medical history reviews, and diagnostic testing.
• Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests (e.g., labs, EKGs, x-rays).
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, including injuries and infections.
• Administer injections, immunizations, and perform minor procedures (e.g., wound care, lesion removal).
• Counsel patients on health promotion, disease prevention, family planning, and emotional well-being.
• Ensure accurate, timely medical documentation and compliance with clinic policies.

• $880 per scheduled clinic workday

• Graduate of an Advanced Nurse Practitioner program recognized by Washington State.
• Current unrestricted ARNP license in Washington State.
• Certification by one of the following: AANPCB, ANCC, DNCB, NCC, PNCB, or ONCC.
• Current DEA Certificate (without restriction) and BLS certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills.
